Individual reservations will only be considered as firm if accompanied
by a valid bank card number, its expiry date and the CVV number on the back
or once payment in full for the booking has been received prior to the customer’s arrival.
In the event of a no-show, the customer will be charged for the full amount of the stay.
A deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay is required at the time of booking.
The customer may cancel the reservation and receive a full refund of the deposit up until 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (before 2 pm CET).
