GUARANTEE
Individual reservations will only be considered as firm if accompanied
by a valid bank card number, its expiry date and the CVV number on the back
or once payment in full for the booking has been received prior to the customer’s arrival.
NO-SHOWS
In the event of a no-show, the customer will be charged for the full amount of the stay.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
FLEXIBLE CONDITIONS 1 (30 DAYS)
A deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay is required at the time of booking.
The customer may cancel the reservation and receive a full refund of the deposit up until 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date (before 2 pm CET).

In the case of a no-show or early departure, the customer will be charged for the full duration of the booking.

RELOCATION
In the case of a force majeure event, the establishment reserves the right to relocate all or
some of the guests to nearby accommodation in an equivalent category and offering the same kinds of services and amenities.
As the expenses associated with such a transfer will be borne by the establishment,
the latter shall not be liable for any further compensation.
