How do I get to my holiday serviced Appartements Bellamy?

You can come by plane, train, bus or car. Please visit our dedicated page for more information.

Our address is Le Cry, 6 chemin de Rusticana, 74400 Chamonix.

Is parking provided?

The holiday serviced apartments have a free covered parking (max height of 2,05m). Charging stations are also available free of charge for hybrid or electric vehicles. 

Is it possible to smoke in the apartments?

No, smoking is strictly prohibited, whether in common areas, apartments or even on terraces. A penalty of 200€ will be charged if this prohibition is not respected.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Are the apartments cleaned during my stay?

If your stay is 5 nights minimum, cleaning and towel changes will be done in the middle of the stay.

Do the apartments have an internet connection?

Our serviced apartments have free and unlimited WiFi internet connection.

Which channels are available on television?

The apartments feature a flat-screen TV in the living room and bedrooms, with French and international channels. There is also a wide variety of radio channels (several languages available).

What are the awards given to Bellamy Chamonix?
When can I check in?

Your flat will be ready for you at 4 pm.

Would you like to arrive earlier? Depending on the occupancy of the residence, it is possible to make an early check in. If this is not the case, you can leave your bags at the residence’s secure luggage storage.

When do I have to check out?

The check-out time is before 10 am.

If you would rather take a little longer, please notify the concierge service at the time of check-in so we can coordinate your departure.*

Can I leave my luggage at the concierge? (before check in/ after check out)

Of course, we have a secure luggage storage service.

Is the transfer to the airport available?

Yes, our concierge service can book your transfers to and from Geneva airport.

Are the Bellamy apartments served by public transport?

A few minutes' walk away you will find a bus line that will take you directly to the ski areas of the Chamonix valley and the hiking trails.

Do I have to pay for public transport?

Yes, but as our guest, you won’t have to pay a thing! Upon arrival, ask for your guest card at the reception, it will allow you to travel free by bus or train in the valley.

Can I buy my ski pass from the concierge?

Yes, you can buy your ski pass directly from Appartements Bellamy’s concierge service.

Where can I rent/buy my equipment?

We advise you to rent your equipment and/or clothing from our partner skishop at the Heliopic hotel. You can also enjoy a 10% discount on your booking with the HELIOPIC code.

Can I store my equipment in the residence?

Of course, our serviced apartments are equipped with private ski lockers, with boot dryers.
